Mr. Vivek Kumar Jain has nearly 20 years of experience in taxation and assurance services. His expertise includes audits of cooperative banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, and capital market intermediaries, along with IFCFR, IT audits, and forensic assignments.
Mr. Satish Gupta has over 26 years of experience in audit and assurance services. He specializes in statutory audits, financial consultancy, restructuring assignments, and business process re-engineering, delivering practical and client-specific solutions across sectors.
Mr. Devang Vaghani has over 25 years of professional experience and has been associated with the firm since qualification. His expertise includes statutory audits of banks, NBFCs, corporates, financial due diligence, Ind AS advisory, and forensic and regulatory audits.
He has handled special assignments such as NCLT-appointed restatement of financial statements, SEBI-appointed mutual fund inspections, and C&AG audits.
Mr. Brijmohan Agarwal is a senior partner with over 42 years of professional experience in direct taxation and regulatory advisory services. He has handled complex taxation matters of foreign banks, large corporates, and public sector undertakings, with particular expertise in special audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
He has served as Chairman of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of ICAI and has also held positions as Vice-Chairman and Treasurer. He has been a member of various ICAI committees and the Local Advisory Board constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
